Yellow is the most luminous of all the colors of the spectrum. It’s the color that captures our attention more than any other and when it appears in nature, it’s pretty hard to miss. Every year, around late winter/early spring, when the canola fields of Young blossom, the landscape is gently blanketed in brilliant yellow. Driving through the countryside can feel like a trip through Oz, following the yellow brick road. Set against a contrasting blue sky, there is so much warmth and happiness captured in these golden fields.
